To celebrate yet another great harvest of honey from our herb and wildflower field AND the fantastic collaboration with our local beekeeper Paddy Gorman from our local Bee Wise Nature Trial we are giving away a massive one-litre jar of delicious, raw, unprocessed honey!

✅First things first:⠀
For the last few years, we kept a 5-acre field full of chives, thyme and rosemary completely untouched and undisturbed to benefit pollinators. Early in 2021, our MD, Stephen McCormack and a local beekeeper, Paddy Gorman got together and realised that the herb field was an ideal spot for Paddy’s honeybees. The three herbs and the wildflowers provide plenty of food throughout the season for the hardworking Irish Black Bees and the area is kept undisturbed to allow them to have a feast every day!
