VEGAN TAHINI DRESSING
Mix 120 ml tahini, 60 ml lemon juice, 1-2 minced garlic cloves and salt & pepper to taste.
Mix 140 ml natural yoghurt, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tsp anchovy paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1tsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp white sugar, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 70g parmesan, 3 tbsp milk and some salt and pepper to taste.
Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a 3:1 ratio. Season with salt and pepper and add herbs and other ingredients to your liking. Let your imagination run wild on that one. Some of our favourite flavour pairings are Raspberry & Basil; Strawberry & Mint; Honey, Sesame & Coriander and Ginger, Chilli and Mint.
Smash or even better blend 2 avocados, then add 180ml natural yoghurt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1.5 tbsp dijon mustard, 2 minced garlic cloves, 3 chopped scallions and season to taste. Finish with chopped basil and chives.
OIL FREE BALSAMIC
Mix 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 3tbsp dijon mustard, 2 tbsp maple syrup and 1/2 tsp dried oregano and fresh or dried basil.
OIL FREE HONEY MUSTARD
Mix 120ml natural yoghurt, 2 tbsp dijon mustard, 2 tbsp cider vinegar, 1.5 tbsp seasoning: garlic powder, salt and pepper.
