Spinach Hummus

Serve in a bowl and top with a drizzle of olive oil, toasted sesame seeds and fresh dill.

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp tahini

100g feta

400g can of chickpeas - drained and rinsed

salt and pepper

  1. In a food processor, blitz chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, blanched spinach, feta, salt and pepper until smooth.
  2. Serve in a bowl and top with a drizzle of olive oil, toasted sesame seeds and fresh dill.
  3. Serve with crackers and fresh crunchy veg for a snack or alongside a grazing board.
