Hot Chilli Smoked Salmon Snack Lettuce Cups

Preparation time: 10 minutes

1 lime, zest and juice

2 tbsp yoghurt

2 hot smoked salmon fillets with chilli

1 tbsp chopped parsley

salt and pepper

  1. Arrange the snack lettuce leaves on a plate.
  2. Mix together the yoghurt, lime zest and juice. Taste and add seasoning if required.
  3. Break the salmon into flakes and arrange on the lettuce leaves.
  4. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle the parsley on top.
