Hot Chilli Smoked Salmon Snack Lettuce Cups

Preparation time: 10 minutes
1 lime, zest and juice
2 tbsp yoghurt
2 hot smoked salmon fillets with chilli
1 tbsp chopped parsley
salt and pepper
- Arrange the snack lettuce leaves on a plate.
- Mix together the yoghurt, lime zest and juice. Taste and add seasoning if required.
- Break the salmon into flakes and arrange on the lettuce leaves.
- Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle the parsley on top.
