Also known as Corn Salad or Mache Salad. It was introduced to kitchen gardening by the royal gardener of French King Louis XIV and to this day remains very popular in France. It’s best eaten uncooked to maintain the beautiful, velvety texture. Rich in vitamin C and Folic Acid.
