Smoked Salmon and Rocket Toasties


1. Heat a grill to a medium heat

2. Simply slice the french bread into small roundels

3. Toast one side of the bread

4. Flip toast over and add a little crushed garlic to each

5. Remove from grill and top with sprinkles of rocket and small slices of salmon

6. Serve with a lemon/caramelised onion or garlic mayonnaise if you have it in the cupboard!

• 160g pack of smoked salmon
• 50g Loose & Lively Rocket leaves
• 1/2 French baguette
• A little crushed garlic
• Flavoured mayonnaise to serve
