Fig Goats Cheese and Rocket


1. Mix the oil, vinegar and honey together in a jug.

2. Arrange the rocket leaves on a large platter, then put the goats cheese cubes on top. Arrange the figs and walnuts around the cheese.

3. Drizzle the salad over the dressing and serve with fresh crusty bread!

ocket leaves
• 100g goats cheese, cut into
small cubes
• 20—30 fresh figs, wiped and
cut in half
• 50g walnuts, toasted
• 6 tbsp walnut oil
• 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
• 1 tbsp honey
